How can we increase unconditional love for ourselves and be of service to others?

Updated: Jan 27, 2021

This month, as it is the month of celebrating St Valentine, I am going to talk about unconditional love and and service.

The Heart Chakra relates to the ability to feel compassion and love. It encompasses the ability to heal yourself and others. It is enhanced by a life of service, because selfless service comes from the strength and integrity of unconditional love.

Since I have been working with the bees and channeling the bee spirit, I have guided to love and forgive myself many times over. They have taught me to love myself unconditionally, and I have been on a huge two year journey with them, including breaking my ankle, and having to learn to walk again.

The whole journey has been a true gift to me, and has brought to the work that I do now, which is to be of service to others through offering poetry channeled from the bees, and and guidance to support you in your life, whatever is going on.

Here is a poem from the bees

Love is all around

Self-love is at the centre

of my creation

Compassion for myself,

and self-forgiveness

To love myself is the key

To grow my abundance

To enable me to travel

And to share my wisdom of the bees

Through poem song and rhyme,

The Heart Nourishes Itself First

How can the heart maintain this never-ending service? This requires a two-part answer. The heart is made of a unique type of muscle tissue called cardiac muscle. This allows the heart to maintain this never-ending service.

So what steps can you take to bring unconditional love and service into your life?

Regular chanting, for example hummme Hum Brahm humm used in the kundalini tradition to release any blocks in the heart, and to raise your vibration.

A regular practice of 10 minutes a day is recommended.

Find a place to serve or volunteer.

Wear Green or pink

Gently tap the heart centre.
