The power Of self-love

What does self-love mean to you?

This is a big subject, and I would like to share a bit about my own journey. I would also like to offer you a chance to explore this subject in an online workshop with me this spring.

But first I will share my journey with you.

I had a difficult start in life, which caused me to seek approval and gave me a yearning to belong. I had this pattern in my early life.

In recent years have taken action to love myself more, I have taken steps in my life to change the way I think about myself.

I have learnt to love nature and bees, painting and drawing, I love where I live, I have community, belonging, and connection.

I came to Totnes in Devon 10 years ago, I had already completed my training in bee shamanism, and I wanted to learn to keep bees.

This is when I really started to engage with self- love more deeply than I had ever done before.

My training in bee shamanism was powerful. I lived with other women in a mystery school of healing arts, where we shared love and devotion.

This led me to keeping my own bees, and once I had moved to Devon I trained as a natural beekeeper.

I have spent many hours just listening to the bees, this is what I was told when I was training in natural beekeeping. I also observed the entrance to the hive, this is a way of finding out what is going on inside the hive without opening it.

Through these many hours of watching and listening, I began to form a relationship with the colony, and I began to feel their love, the love they have for each other, and for me.

I began to pray to the bees, and to receive inspiration for my work, which was about soft power, self-love and the bees.

Since then I have been offering Shamanic Bodywork from my healing room in Totnes, I have also worked online offering meditations, and bee channelling for those who need guidance.

I have been part of a journaling group over the past 4 years, and I would like to offer a combination of bee wisdom, journaling and art. Last year I wrote a poetry book inspired by flowers. This opened my heart to nature and to myself. I had to take courage and trust that my book would be received well, and it was.

The combination of my experience over the last few years of working with the bees and drawing painting and writing, has inspired me to run a workshop .

It has been a while since I have offered any workshops, so

I am offering an online series for women to align them -selves with self –love.

.

I will guide you with my 16 years of experience of working with the bee spirit.

The sessions include meditation, guided visualisations, and art.

This is a pilot course so the exchange is £66 for the whole course with three meetings online April 13th//27th and May 11th.

I am clear that aligning ourselves to what we love will help us to get clear about who we want to be with and what we want to be doing.

I am offering this online course this spring to help you with just that in mind.
